PLACE ORDERS.
In order to place orders, you can select the items you wish to obtain through the search engine of our website or you can consult within the different categories of our navigation menu. Select the desired quantity and press “Add to cart”. Once you have added this, you can buy as many items as you want by adding the same way to the basket. When you have finished your purchase process you must click on “Place Order”.

If you are already registered on our website, you must enter your email address, your password and press “Access”. If you are not registered, you can also place your order without registering. In this case you must complete all the required data.

By default the order will be sent to the address registered in the data provided, in the case of registered users, to those who have previously indicated. RETURN COST
It is free as long as the product is in poor condition or an unsolicited product has been received. A return document will be provided for this purpose and you will have the option to have it picked up by our courier service at the indicated address or take it yourself to the post office that suits you.

For returns for having requested an unsuitable product or simply for not being satisfied with the purchased product, you must pay the return shipping costs. You can take care of yourself either through the Post Office or any parcel delivery company.

REFUND:
